Description

Black Plums have sweet juicy flesh that is shiny and slightly bumpy on the outside and yellow-red on the inside. It is sweet & juicy. They are delicious when eaten fresh. Besides being exceptionally good eating, this is one of the best cooking plums. Use black plums for preserves, compotes, sauces, or tarts.
